After a couple of so so days on my home river, I decided to make a change yesterday.  The change was a good call!  We hooked 21 fish on plugs and landed 16 ~ the largest was a beautiful buck in the 15/16 pound class.  I took today off to repair a big scratch that I put in the side of my boat, and I will be back on the water tomorrow. 

The rivers to the south are dropping and clearing quickly.  Although the Smith was unbelievably good on New Year's Day, it has settled back into a more typical show.
